CLIMATE IN CANADA
The main reason why Canada is a successful country is because of its climate and environment. The climate in Canada varies from perma-frost in the north to four distinct seasons from the equator. The temperature in summer and winter can be up to 35 degrees Celsius and a chilling – 25 degrees Celsius.
The state of dormancy and growth of the natural environment is dictated by the seasons. The natural resource and the climate sustain it. The temperatures differ according to the place where you are and what time it is.
The climate in Canada is not as very cold as most of us think. During summer the country often experience high levels of humidity and temperatures that can even exceed 30 degree Celsius. As for winter temperatures fall below freezing point throughout most of Canada, but the south-western coast has a mild climate

The North is above freezing for a few months of the year, however, most of the Canadian cities which is within 300 km of the southern border, enjoy mild springs, hot summers and pleasant crisp autumns.
British Columbia has a temperate climate. It rarely snows in the low lying areas. The western slope receives heavy amount of rain and snow. The summer is hot in the valleys between the mountain ranges.
The climate in the Canadian Prairies is cold winters and humid hot summers with spring showers and temperate autumn weather making it one the top growing areas of the world.
Snowy, wind chilled winter and humid long summers can be experienced in the Great Lakes- St Lawrence region, which makes it on of the most populated places to live.
The most variable climate anywhere in the country is the region of Atlantic Canada. The temperatures in winter can vary due to the passing storms. The region has heavy snowfall and fog is present in spring and onset of summer.
When temperatures drop Canadians stay warm by the infrastructure of heated houses, cars and public transportation systems.
